Wahoo! I just cleaned up from my first ever Procion dye day!!!! I tested it all out on el cheapo muslin, but I actually got pretty darned near to the color that I wanted on my first go! Hurray!
I get to rinse these tomorrow and see how they come out, and then - on to the expensive fabric!!!
Bummer though - too many social obligations to make many SCA events this summer. Have to figure out how to make it up to DH... he does SO love climbing into armor and hitting people!

Oh no---you've been bitten by the dye bug! Nothing will ever be the same in your life again. Just think of all the things you can dye...undies, socks, tee shirts, husband's stuff (by accident of course) curtains, you name it...the world is just waiting for your color!
